As the cofounder and owner of Hospitality Health ER of Texas, Jeanne Shipp draws on diverse experience in emergency care. She founded her first freestanding emergency center, Patients Emergency Room, in 2014, and opened her first Hospitality Health location the following year. Jeanne Shipp continues to serve as an administrator for each of her emergency centers, where she oversees personnel development and maintains high-quality medical care and customer service.

Jeanne Shipp has also established PER Management Consulting, which oversees the daily operations of Patients Emergency Room. She remains connected to her professional community as a member of the Texas Association of Freestanding Emergency Centers (TAFEC) as well as the West Chambers County and Baytown Chambers of Commerce.

Jeanne Shipp is a graduate of Lee College in Baytown, Texas, and received her registered nurse (RN) designation in 2005. She served for four years as an emergency room nurse at Bayshore Medical Center in Pasadena, Texas, before moving into administration with Elite Care Emergency Center in 2009.
